In our experience, these Polo's should only be for women because they tend to run small, so choose a size larger than you would normally wear unless you want to have a very form fitting top.

A note on washing, try washing in cold water and hang to dry, then put them into the dryer for 5 minutes max to get any wrinkles out and soften the fabric from being line dried. This tends to keep the color and sizing longer.
