Payments

Payments on credit, debit cards or electronic check are processed through Paypal. Its secure, none of your payment information is stored on our servers or in our office, and are handled through Paypal securely by our choice. No Paypal membership is required to use this service and it costs you no more that the price of your order.

You may also choose to send in a paper check, the delay for out of State check clearance is 10 Business days (Sat and Sun and long holiday weekends excluded).

Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from the Manufacturer using either UPS or Priority Mail through the Post Office depending on the size of your order. Orders shipped from our office use either Fedex or Priority Mail. Regardless of how things are shipped, tracking numbers are posted to your order to close it out and you can monitor your delivery.

Unless you receive an e-mail from our office of backorders or canceled product, most Ground orders ship out within 15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and long holiday weekends). Please be sure to always check your spam box as legitimate e-mail does land in there.

Returns

All returns have to be completed within 30 days of receipt of your order, meaning they are back with the Manufacturer within that time frame. We recommend that you try on your items within a day or 2 of receipt to be sure that they are the right fit/color. If you have never purchased any items from this Brand before, we recommend that you only purchase a few pieces, as return costs/restock fees add up very quickly. The Manufacturer has an automatic 20% restock fee, this is their policy, and we want to bring this to your attention especially if you have a large order to place. Rather start small so that you can correctly identify the pieces that fit you correctly. Please do not wash, dry clean, alter or embroider any pieces before you try them on, as no returns will be accepted and no refund can be issued.

Please only contact our office via the contact form on this site. Don't place a call to our office as we only offer voicemail due to all our orders being placed online and can take up to 48 business hours to reply to. Let us have the order number you were given when you placed your online order, your name, and Brand you purchased, and items that you are wanting to return. Exchanges are not offered any more, as this keeps the accounting correct. New orders have to be placed. A Return Authorization (RA or RMA) is requested with the Manufacturer and instructions will be sent to your e-mail address. When shipping back any items, please ensure that you choose the right kind of container that will be appropriate for your size return. Please use the correct packaging tape on the container, please don't use any medical tape, yes, it has been used by a few customers, it does not adhere well, and there have been a few disappointments when what was shipped is not what was received.

Credits back to your funding source take up to 30 days, as this is Manufacturer policy. Please be patient and refunds will be issued.
